*content director + writer*
I’ve been lucky enough to experience the nuances and depths of creating content for companies at different stages in their business—all while maintaining creative agency. I know the creative ingredients needed to produce impactful content and the recipe necessary to follow to get content approved and published. I can organize chaos and keep people motivated along the way by leading with empathy and fostering raw skill. Bringing content that drives results to life requires an environment for creatives to flourish and an efficient process that allows them to learn and optimize. I thrive on creating this space.

*editorial freelancer*
Although I’ve temporarily pressed pause on freelancing—being able to sit down and interview a person, hear their story, and be the one to tell it will always be an honor. It’s the reason I will always keep the door open to editorial opportunities. Some of my favorite things to write about over the years have been about creators, musicians, and lifestyle and fashion topics.

*retired podcast host*
It was on my 30th birthday that I decided to launch a podcast. I had been lucky enough to be surrounded by remarkable women doing remarkable things and wanted to share their stories with the world (over drinks, of course). This was a time before everyone you knew had a podcast, so there was quite a learning curve when it came to producing content for an entirely new medium. When starting, I would book the guest, host the show, edit the files to get it live, and of course—try to tell the world about it. Over the three years of hosting, I was thankful to have Kimya Kavehkar co-host with me. The show ended in 2017 with 60 episodes; three recorded live on the SXSW stage. The show was featured in The Austin American-Statesman, Forbes.com, and more. It’s a creative project I’ll always look back on fondly because it allowed me to build something from scratch and hone in on a skill that I think people often forget about: listening. Let people tell you their story.
Fun fact: my favorite guest was former Senator and personal hero, Wendy Davis.
